You’re looking at a theorized image of Southern Manhattan, were global warming to put this city under water. My office is in there somewhere…I will try to reflect seriously on this when I’m sporting a dress and bare legs on Nov 28th because it’s 65°. I will also scoff at all the newly adorned Christmas displays. Too soon kids!
On the positive side, at least the second avenue subway should be done by then…
