My biological dad died of a massive heart attack at a young age. If it is any consolation, the coroner said he went really quickly.
Just weighing in with my completely unsolicited opionion. My dad had a heart attack while surfing in Barbados a few years back. His early (days before) symptoms were eerily close to what Balk is going through. He’s fine now, but having a heart attack before forty is very dangerous and the risk of sudden death is high.
